We are excited to once again present our original in-school performance program geared towards NY/NJ area students in grades 2-5 in the 2022-23 school year.

The presentation will include four professional singers and a pianist, in an original staged compilation of some of opera’s best-known characters and musical numbers. The 2023 performer roster will be Megan Brunning (soprano), Melisa Bonetti (mezzo-soprano), Joseph Michael Brent (tenor), Young Kwang Yoo (baritone), and Eric Sedgwick (piano).

 

Each presentation will last approximately 45 minutes, and will introduce young audiences to the operatic genre from the comfort of their own school auditorium or classroom. This presentation includes a post-performance Q&A with the performers.

WINTER TOUR DATES: February 6 — February 17, 2023

Bookings can be made through the Guild’s School Programs department for a fee of $2,000 per performance. Scholarships may be available to schools for whom this fee would present a hardship.  The program is produced with support from the Joseph and Robert Cornell Memorial Foundation.
